About Kwaske Construction
“I love what I do,” said Steve. “I love this company and I have a burning desire to make a difference in the lives of others.”
Kwaske Construction offers home owners and commercial property owner’s premium construction services to the Jackson area. Seeing so many roofers out there with ladders and trucks, it’s difficult to know what to expect from a roofing or remodeling contractor. Many home owners look online, in the yellow pages or remember a TV commercial about a construction company and start getting quotes for the project. But because contractors do not educate their customers on what the proper steps are to complete a new construction or remodeling project, it can be difficult to choose the best contractor available. Kwaske Construction prides itself on being the experts in the area with many accreditation’s to back that claim up: For example roofing is just one item everyone needs in their life time and we are…

Steve & Carol Kwaske set Kwaske Construction apart in the personal approach we take with clients. When doing a project evaluation, clients will get an education about what needs to be done and what their options are. Steve & Carol will do a complete inspection, explain everything that the clients should expect and, at the end, does another walk-through to make sure they are satisfied. They use the best materials with no additional up-charge because every job is huge investment that owners don’t want to have to do again due to cheap materials a few years from now.
“Most contractors will only provide customers a quick estimate, but we sit down with them and educate clients,” he described. “We realize this is a big decision, and want the customer to feel comfortable making it. Most people are receptive to it, but some just want us to give them a price. I really want to change the reputation of this industry, one job at a time, with our exclusive systems and impeccable customer service.”
All Kwaske Construction installers are also employees, not just sub-contractors, and have been both certified and trained on all the products they apply on the job site. Working so closely with clients’ homes, it’s important to reduce the homeowner’s liability and make sure their families feel safe.
They also offer 24-hour customer support and place an emphasis on continued training in order to be the best in their field.
When Steve started out he asked himself what has become the question that still drives his business to this day: How can I set myself apart? Through customer service and quality materials, he has already done just that.
